GUEST-TEK INTERACTIVE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Policy is intended to provide a basic understanding of Guest-Tek Interactive' policy on acceptable use of Golden Tree Communications' Internet service (the "Service"). The purpose of this Policy is to protect Guest-Tek Interactive and our customers from unacceptable or illegal activities that may be damaging to Guest-Tek Interactive or its users or that may Guest-Tek Interactive and its users to potential liability. The provisions of this Policy are intended to be used as guidelines and may not include examples of all unacceptable conduct. However, any conduct that violates the accepted norms of the Internet community, whether or not expressly mentioned in this Policy, is prohibited.

Guest-Tek Interactive reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Notice of any modifications will be posted on our web site. As such, you should review this Policy prior to your use of the Services for an updated Policy.

1. Inappropriate Material. It is prohibited for you to post or transmit on or through the Services (i) any information that is defamatory of another person or entity; (ii) any fraudulent information; (iii) any advertising or promotional materials containing false, deceptive, or misleading statements; (iv) any information to harass, threaten, or abuse any group, person or entity in any manner, including without limitation through the use of racial or ethnical slurs; (v) any files that contain viruses or corrupted data; or (vi) any obscene content.,

2. Illegal Conduct. Any conduct that violates any law (whether local, state, federal, foreign, or international law, regulation, rules, orders or treaty) is prohibited.

3. Copyright, Privacy, and Intellectual Property. Using a Guest-Tek Interactive connection to commit any violation of copyright or intellectual property law is prohibited. This prohibition includes, without limitation, (i) posting or transmitting any information that infringes another person or entity's trademark, service mark, trade name or similar device; (ii) revealing any trade secrets belonging to another person or entity; (iii) offering pirated computer programs, links to pirated computer programs, registration numbers for software programs or copyrighted music; (iv) publishing a private e-mail message to third parties, by any means, without the express prior consent of the author; or (v) otherwise infringing upon any third party rights.

4. Unsolicited Bulk E-mail. Sending duplicative, unsolicited e-mail messages (commercial or otherwise), also known as spam, or collecting the responses from unsolicited e-mail, is prohibited.

5. Commercial Use. Using a personal account for high volume or commercial use is prohibited. The services are intended for personal, periodic use. You may not resell the Services to a third party without Guest-Tek Interactive' prior written consent.

6. Forgery of Identity. Falsifying or concealing addressing information or the sender's or recipient's identity for the purpose of circumventing this Policy is prohibited. However, doing so for legitimate purposes (e.g., to avoid spam email address collectors) is permitted.

7. Newsgroups/Mailing Lists. Posting advertisements or messages that violate the charter of any newsgroup or mailing list is prohibited. Commercial messages that are appropriate under the charter of a newsgroup or mailing list, or that are expressly solicited by the recipients, are permitted.

8. Security. Any attempt to breach authentication or security measures, "denial of service" attacks, or any unauthorized attempt to gain access to any other computer system or network is prohibited.

9. Cooperation with Other Providers. Using the Services to engage in any activity that violates the service agreements of any other Internet service provider is prohibited.

Guest-Tek Interactive may make a determination of whether this Policy has been violated in its sole discretion. In the event Guest-Tek Interactive determines there has been a violation, it may, at Guest-Tek Interactive' sole discretion, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a customer's use of the Services, immediately without notice and without refund or credits.
